ZAYA values its reputation, we always try to find common ground with our customers in the event of factory defects (e.g. broken cap, non-functioning atomizer).

To avoid misunderstandings, please read our return and exchange policy.

  1. An exchange or return is possible within 14 days of purchase.
  • The exchange or return of goods is possible if:
  • The item has not been used or consumed;
  1. The package and the complete set of the Goods are preserved.
  2. Refunds are made to the buyer's bank card within five days from receipt of the goods by the store.
  3. Replacement of defective goods for a new one is made after the store receives defective goods. In this case the whole delivery is paid by the store.
  4. Return of the goods of proper quality initiated by the buyer (for example, changed your mind) is paid by the buyer.

Please note that ZAYA online store is not responsible for any changes made by the manufacturer of the characteristics, equipment and design elements of the product. This is not a sign of factory defects of the goods.
