Wash your hair twice with Honma H-Brush Capillary Reconstruction Step 1 preparatory shampoo. Important: during the second wash, leave the shampoo on for 3-5 minutes. Rinse well with water. Blow dry 50%. Divide the hair into partings and use a brush to apply Honma H-Brush Capillary Reconstruction Step 2 in rows, leaving a distance of 1.5-2 cm from the scalp. Leave the product on your hair for 20 minutes (for best results, use a plastic cap).

Blow dry your hair 100% using cool air without a comb or rinsing. Divide the hair into four partings, and in the lower occipital area, take partings no more than 1 cm thick. Take a thin section and, using a straightener with titanium or tourmaline plates, run the styler 8-10 times at the roots, 7-8 times along the length, and 5-7 times at the ends. Repeat the procedure throughout the hair. Choose the straightener's temperature depending on the hair type: 160-180 degrees for thin, damaged hair; 190-200 degrees for normal hair; 200-210 degrees for thick, dense hair.

Cool the strands after waiting for about 20 minutes. After that, rinse it with running water and apply any moisturizing mask from the Honma Tokyo range. Leave the mask on your hair for 7-10 minutes, then rinse with water. Remember that the first wash should be done without using shampoo. Finally, create the desired style!
